The office space as we know it is due to change with the common patterns of society. The pandemic allowed workers to explore differeny modes of work, resulting in the vast majority of workers electing to work from home.
In turn, downtowns across the United States will experience the same issue of vacancy.
Some will choose to relocate to the outskirts of the city, & some will have to drastically downsize their current space. This projects why seeks to answer the
question of - what will happen to vacant office space?
Just as the way we work has been reimagined, the spaces in which we work must be re-designed.
