Packed Pavilion is a system of concrete tubes formed around the existing ecological features along the Avondale Bend marshland in New Orleans, Louisiana. The system is composed of a series of dimensionally different concrete drainage pipes, fastened together to create elevated platforms and tubes of light. The project aims to create intimate experiences with the unique ecological features of the Louisiana marshlands.
